Maintenance
R&R knows first-hand the cost of trucks and construction equipment, and the critical importance of keeping them well-maintained. Our Machine Shop capabilities include drive shaft repair, line boring, and hard facing; repair work on excavator sticks and booms, and replacement of edges, shanks and teeth. We can even lengthen and shorten truck chassis to build customized vehicles. For those with bigger repair jobs, our 30-ton crane is waiting to lend a hand. While we work hard to maintain an expansive inventory for all our maintenance and repair needs, what truly sets us apart from other parts providers is our ability to manufacture specialized part solutions. Whether you’re a Fire Department with an antique truck or a contractor with a favorite work-horse no longer in production, we can find or make the part you need to get back in business.
Fabrication
Our complete Fabrication and Machine shop boasts a Metal Sheering machine that can sheer one-half inch of solid steel and a computer driven Brake Press that can configure that same piece of steel to any angle. We do sheet metal fabrication, specialty bucket fabrication and make bushings and pins set to your unique specifications.
Custom Hydraulic Hoses
R&R has a huge inventory of hose material and can make custom hydraulic hoses to sizes ranging between a diameter of ¼ inch to 1 ½ inch with three different pressure ratings. Our current inventory allows quick turnaround for most size hoses, just call and we will have ready when you arrive.
