I have been a part of the company for 34 years. It is a safety and family oriented company. They understand the meaning "Happy employees are productive employees". They take pride in taking care of their employees.

In August of 1987, I began working at R&R Construction. I strive every day to give back to R&R for everything they have done for me by running an efficient and, above all else, safe workplace for the company, myself and my fellow employees. There has never been a lack of generosity, understanding, continuing education for safety, nice equipment, etc. They have many, many employees that have been there for 10, 20, and 30+ years. They not only care about their employees, but they care about their employee's families as well. I hope to continue my employment with R&R construction until my retirement.
