MARIE DURYEA

Marie’s jobs as an expediter, a bookkeeper, and an admin at a business college turned out to be useful experience for R & R. Not only did those occupations help Marie and Russ keep their young family and company financially afloat in the early years, but in 1968, they enabled Marie to handle R & R’s employees, paperwork, and accounting when Russ took over the Company from his father. Marie believes that success is about finding the right place for the right person; a place where the team can enjoy their job, grow and thrive. Her people-centric business approach is a core element in R & R’s reputation for reliability and good customer service.
