In 1996, Rusty brought his teamwork and experience from the world of sports to R & R. Impressed with R & R project leadership and commitment to their people, Rusty was so impressed “Everyone from top management to guys in the trench are treated with the same respect.” Now, more than two-decades later in excavation, Rusty spearheads R & R Operations and Business development efforts. Rusty’s continued focus will be enhancing our efficiencies for our clients, bring today’s technology into all aspects of R & R and continue to commit himself to employee education.
